Skechers Shape-Ups...Fitness Footwaer, Sneakers, Tennis shoes??

Tennis shoes, sneakers on ME, really? I know it's hard to believe but for years now people have enjoyed Skechers brand footwear for it's fashion forward look and affordability.  But  most people can't imagine me in anything but high heels, and I get it, seriously I do. The only reason I decided to try some "Sneakers" is because these shoes can energize your sense of style while promoting good health and getting in some exercise. Yep, that's  why I went with Skeckers brand new line called Shape-Ups. Skechers Shape-Ups are the newest thing to hit the weight loss and fitness community. Since being launched in 2009 they have been produced in many different styles and colors and been seen on celebs and ordinary people alike.  And I just bought my very own pair.

So, what's all the fuss about? Well...
they change the way you walk and simulate walking as if on a soft sand-like surface via a rolling motion from heel to toe.

What? OK, the purpose of Shape Ups is to promote weight loss, tone muscles, improve posture and get in shape without setting foot in a gym by harnessing the benefits of barefoot walking.

Utilizing a soft kinetic wedge insert and dynamic rolling outsole, Shape Ups simulate the effect of walking barefoot on a soft surface. As you step, your heel sinks into the soft cushioned sole and then rolls forward on to your forefoot, before finally pushing of with your toes to take another step (i.e. heel to toe).

So, not only do you get to exercise but look good while doing it. I am not advertising for Skechers but I have to say I LOVE mine. They do take some getting used to wearing.  I suggest you wear them for a short peroid of time to start with and work your way up.  I know my legs are looking a lot firmer and I feel sexier than ever, 'cause even if they are fitness footwear Skechers Space-Ups are still designer shoes.  And you know I can't pass up any designer shoes 'cause
